首先，我们先来了解一下面试都有哪些流程。面试总共分为三个部分，分别是结构化面试、试讲、现场答辩。每个部分都很重要，都会产生相应的分数。因此，同学们对每一个考察部分，都需要小心谨慎，认真完成。
结构化面试是指学生运用教育学、教学法规等相关知识解决问题，考官会根据学生的回答，判断学生的逻辑思维能力、语言能力以及解决问题的能力。
试讲是指对课程内容的进行授课展示而说课是教师依据《标准》精神以及学生学习和发展潜能，面对专家口头表述自己对某一课题学习目标、学习重难点、教学策略、教学流程等所进行的设计及原因的一种教研形式，是教师对课堂教学设计方案进行陈述、说明和答辩的过程。
现场答辩是指专家依据考生的试讲或说课内容进行相应的内容提问，主要是为了考察考生对教师职业的认识，考生的自我认知能力、反思能力，逻辑思维能力以及考生的学科背景等方面。
在整个的面试考试过程中，最为重要的环节是试讲环节。接下来，我会针对试讲这一环节的几个注意事项向大家进行阐述。
第一，要将试讲和说课区分开，试讲是进行片段教学设计展示，是展示部分的教学过程;
第二，要认真审视题目，对教学模块内容把握清楚;
第三，逐一审查题目要求，将各项内容合理进教学过程中;
第四，要针对各年级教学特点、教材的安排，进行合理的教学过程设计;加强对音乐知识的积累，避免出现科学性错误，增强文化储备，较深的理解乐曲内容，提升个人的专业能力。

4. 面带微笑，Smiling can bring you closer to the examiners. 微笑能普遍比其他考生高3分，爱笑的人运气都不会太差，所以考试时请微笑吧。但是千万不要笑的让考官觉得你是个傻子，这样就很尴尬了。
